In embracing the tension of our duality, we are able to fully feel the breadth of our lessons. Each of us carry a legacy of harm and healing. And this walk, this journey through life is designed for us to learn this. We have created a world slippery enough that it is almost possible to hide in an illusion of self-innocence and false-purity but eventually all must face ourselves. And in the acceptance of our true breadth, we can forgive the spectrum of experience in others. From this place we can incrementally challenge the wounds we carry, from this place we can heal the legacy we pass on.
